Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and project management tools.
Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with business analyst units to understand their objectives and gather detailed requirements for projects and initiatives. Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive user stories and functional specifications.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the organization. Work with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.Business analyst analyze performance metrics and gather feedback from stakeholders to pinpoint bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure a holistic understanding of business analyst requirements. Facilitate communication and understanding between technical and non-technical teams.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, business requirements, and user guides. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Testing and Validation:
Assist in the testing and validation of new systems, features, or enhancements. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions. To ensure they meet the defined business requirements and functional specifications.
Project Planning:
Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.Ensuring all key elements are thoroughly considered to set a strong foundation for successful project execution. Team Leadership:
Business Analyst lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure effective communication among team members.
Risk Management:
