M. Elango, a Master of Science in Physics graduate, began his career in 1998 after training in Mainframe technology through Bi-Tech India. He started at OCBC Bank Singapore through EPS Computer Systems Pte. Ltd., a leading manpower consulting company in Singapore. During the high demand for Mainframe professionals, he transitioned into manpower consulting and became a Consultant at EPS. He was later promoted to Country Head for EPS in India, managing branches in Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. Elango has placed over 250 IT professionals globally and worked with over 50 accounts including SCS, NCS, HP, and IBM. Certified as a PMP and Agile Project Manager, he later joined Gevinst as CEO & COO, bringing expertise in technology, project management, staff augmentation, training, and CMMI-level certifications. His leadership drives Gevinst’s growth and partnerships with companies like Salesforce and Microsoft.

With over 21 Years of experience in the technology sector, Mr. Rajesh brings a wealth of knowledge in software development, Product Development, Automation, cybersecurity, IT services and cloud computing. His leadership is pivotal in ensuring that Gevinst remains at the forefront of innovation in the IT industry. He oversees the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies that enhance Gevinst’s products and services. He leads a talented team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
