Bachelor’s/Masters’ degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and project management tools.


Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with business units to understand their objectives and gather detailed requirements for projects and initiatives. Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive user stories and functional specifications.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the organization. Work with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure a holistic understanding of business requirements. Facilitate communication and understanding between technical and non-technical teams.


Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, business requirements, and user guides. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Testing and Validation:

Assist in the testing and validation of new systems, features, or enhancements. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.

Project Planning:

Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure effective communication among team members.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans and strategies to address unforeseen challenges.

Budget and Resource Management:

Monitor project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Optimize resource allocation and utilization to meet project objectives.

Quality Assurance:

Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards. Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Change Management:

Effectively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Communicate changes to stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals.
